Terms of Service

By using or ordering through Goose Hours (shop.goosehours.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This app runs inside the LINE application (LIFF) and uses your LINE account to sign you in and verify your identity. You are responsible for keeping your own LINE account secure.

Prices are shown in Thai Baht and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and the system confirms it. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of a stock-out or a pricing error, with a full refund.

We accept PromptPay QR payment only, processed via Opn Payments (Omise). Orders not paid within the given time window are automatically cancelled.

We ship free via SPX for orders of ฿300 or more. For urgent delivery (Lalamove), please chat with our admin directly — this is not part of the normal checkout flow. Delivery times may vary by area and carrier.

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by chatting with our admin on LINE. Once an order has shipped, any return is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
